Your journey begins with a personalised design appointment where we explore your ideas, needs and style preferences. You’ll receive a detailed quote tailored to your space. Plans with measurements are released once a deposit is received.
After your deposit is paid, we complete a check measure and confirm appliance model details like your oven, cooktop, sink and fridge. We then refine your design using hand drawings or 3D renderings and guide you through final selections. You’ll review and sign off on the final plans before we move forward.
Your cabinetry is expertly crafted in a state of the art facility using premium materials. Progress payments may apply depending on your project scope. For supply-only orders, final payment is made before delivery. Once ready, we arrange delivery of your cabinetry and appliances.
Installation begins, followed by the fitting of stone and glass components for a perfect finish. From start to finish, our team ensures every detail is handled with care. Once complete, your dream kitchen or laundry is ready to enjoy, with aftercare support always available if you need it.

Our kitchen design and installation service follows a clear, personalised four-stage journey. It begins with a consultation and quote, where we explore your ideas, needs, and style preferences, and provide a tailored design and cost estimate. Once a deposit is received, we move into the measure and finalise phase; confirming appliance details, refining your design with hand sketches or 3D renderings, and guiding you through final selections before sign-off.
Next is manufacturing and delivery, where your cabinetry is custom-built in a state-of-the-art facility using premium materials, with delivery arranged upon completion. Finally, we move into installation and enjoyment, where your new kitchen is expertly installed, including stone and glass components, with our team managing every detail to ensure a flawless finish. Aftercare support is always available to keep your space looking its best.
For most kitchens renovations, installation is booked 4-6 weeks from the time your project is passed through for ordering (once plans are finalised and all details have been confirmed such as appliances, materials, colours & handles).
The timeframe for installation depends on the size of your project and materials being used.
As an example, if you opt for stone benchtops, the check measure for your benchtop will be done once the cabinetry has been installed. It will then be a further 7-10 business days after the check measure before the stone is installed. Trades (electrician, plumber, tiler) will return to fit off & tile the following day/s once the stone benchtops have had time to set. In choosing a stone benchtop, the time frame to complete your project is approximately 3 weeks.
If you opt for a glass splashback, the check measure for the glass will be done once your stone benchtop has been installed. It will then be a further 10-20 business days after the check measure before the splashback is installed. In choosing a glass splashback, the time frame to complete your project is approximately 3-5 weeks (depending on whether you have a laminate or stone benchtop).
