In Australia, product warranties are required by law. Because we are committed to delivering top-tier products and craftsmanship, your cabinetry is covered with a 7-year warranty and a standard 2-year warranty on our workmanship after your kitchen installation. We promise to repair or replace any faulty components under certain conditions. This is not just about following regulations; it’s about providing exceptional service that reflects the trust you place in us.

The suite of warranties covers a range of products, including cabinetry, benchtops, appliances and the many materials we use, such as Tesrol, Polytec, Nikpol and Laminex. For each of these, we ensure you receive detailed information specific from the brand, so you know exactly what’s covered.

What types of warranties do you offer on kitchens?

We offer a 7-year warranty on cabinetry, with extended warranties for specific brands and products like Caesarstone and Blum. There is a standard 2-year Statutory Warranty Period on Workmanship, which means that if any installation issue arises within 2 years from the original date of installation, then this will be covered under warranty.

Maintaining your new kitchen is key to keeping it looking its best and ensuring its longevity. It’s also important to note that while the quality materials we use come with excellent warranties, these warranties often have specific care requirements that must be followed to remain valid

Engineered Stone:

  • Routine care is simple: use a damp cloth (preferably not the one used for washing the dishes) with mild soap for daily cleaning and avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the finish.
  • Avoid cutting directly on the quartz surface. We recommend always using cutting boards
  • Try not to drop heavy items onto the surface.
  • A good rule of thumb for all engineered stone surfaces is that if your hand cannot tolerate the level of heat of an item to be placed on the surface for more than a few seconds, then the heat source is too high.


Doors & Laminates:

  • Wipe down using a damp soft cloth containing warm soapy water, followed by drying using a soft or microfibre cloth so as not to leave any residue on the door or panel. If this is sufficient, there is no need for any further action.
  • Using a mild household spray wipe down laminate benchtops with a soft cloth. Dry using a soft cloth to clean solutions off the surface.

Yes, all appliances come with their own manufacturer’s warranty. Be sure to read the provided warranty card for specific details. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!
